Flapjack Ingredients

Easy to make flapjack recipe - just melt, stir and bake! These flapjacks are crisp on the outside and soft and chewy in the centre. You can also add any dried fruit such as raisins, chopped dates, choppped apricots, etc.
  • 225g butter
  • 150g demerara sugar
  • 50g muscovado sugar
  • 3 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 325g porridge oats
